At STARK Carpet, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury floor coverings and offer a seamless return process for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made, cut-to-size, and installed products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our client services team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to verify eligibility for a return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email; please ensure this number is clearly marked on your package.

  • 3.
    Prepare Your Shipment

    Carefully roll and wrap your carpet in its original protective packaging or equivalent heavy-duty plastic to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original, unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
